SAN DIEGO, CA & PINEVILLE, LA — For more than a decade, Beta has helped The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) bring light to the darkness of blood cancer through LLS’ Light The Night initiative. This year, Beta’s team from across the country banded together to raise more than $17,000 to fuel blood cancer research, ignite hope and provide support to patients and their loved ones. The team culminated their fundraising efforts at LLS’ annual Light The Night walk in San Diego on November 2.
At the walk, Beta’s team heard testimonies from patients and survivors and saw the critical difference LLS is making in their lives. LLS has invested over $1.5 billion in life-saving research over the past 70 years and has helped advance 70% of the blood cancer treatment options approved by the FDA since 2017.
