Crest Industries, the holding company for Beta Engineering and six other companies that are either manufacturers, suppliers or distributors in the electricalutility industry, has acquired the assets of Optimal Field Services, an industrial field services company based in Geismar, Louisiana. The company willoperate as a subsidiary of Crest Operations and will retain all employees and key leadership, including Andre Folse, Shane Doss and Cory Fredieu. Each of the Optimal Field Services leaders has more than 20 years of experience in the petrochemical industry.
Optimal Field Services provides turnkey industrial services to the petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemical, gas processing and paper processing industries. The company has a tremendous reputation for safely providing excellent customer service by delivering projects on time and on budget.
