Beta recently commissioned six substation builds and upgrades in Des Moines, Iowa. Remaining project work involves upgrading two remote end 161kV substations with new line protection. This summer Beta will commission the balance of the project, which includes three 161/13kV substations. Electrical buildout is currently taking place at the three substations, including steel structure erection and HV equipment installation.
