We know that site safety, quality project execution and on-time project delivery are critical to the success of your project. Our construction managers act as Beta’s representatives in the field and ensure that the project is carried out according to your plans and specifications.
The construction manager oversees safety on the active project site, handles on-site quality control and coordinates site work with subcontractors and vendors. All of our construction managers undergo OSHA 30 training and are certified in First Aid and CPR.
Our construction manager is the lead contact for on-site customer interaction. The construction manager works with our customer and Beta’s project management and engineering teams to keep the project on budget and on schedule. This approach, which relies on our “boots on the ground” to convey project needs and identify solutions, accelerates decision making and improves project efficiency.
Construction managers are also responsible for implementing QA/QC inspections of all equipment, material and construction activities for the project. In general, the QA/QC inspections consist of checking for complete compliance with Beta's "For Construction" drawings, material list, catalog cuts, purchase orders and other applicable documents. Where applicable, specific checklists are used to document the QA/QC inspection. This structured approach ensures the project build meets your expectations.
Our construction managers have extensive project experience in a variety of fields, ranging from high voltage to industrial to commercial.
